The third graders were given the task of creating something new out of recycled materials. The eager and creative students came back with bird feeders, pinatas, pencil holders, plastic bag holders, coin banks, plant waterers, etc.
This was an excellent project that used the student's creative skills to solve everyday problems of what to do with some of our trash. We hope this project will help them become better stewards of the earth!
