Admissions Process

Applying to OLGC is a five-step process. To qualify for the School's first-round of acceptances, the application process should be completed by December 31. However, students are invited to apply for admissions anytime throughout the year, with mid-year enrollment based on current openings in each grade level.


Step I: The Application

Download the application form (below) or contact the Admissions Office at (808) 455-4533 to receive an admissions packet in the mail.

The application processing fee should be paid via credit card, in person with cash or a check should be mailed with the completed paper application to:

Step II: Academic Records

A copy of the preschool report card should be submitted for all Senior Kindergarten applicants.
 
Copies of report cards for the current year and the last academic year is required for students applying for grades one to eight.
 
A transcript with grades from two complete academic years is required for students applying for grades one through eight.


Step III: Supporting Documentation

All applicants must submit a copy of their birth certificate (Preschool applicants must submit upon applying; all others upon enrollment).
 
Additional forms are also required and are detailed on the application form.


Step IV: Testing

Testing for students applying for grades Preschool to Eight will be scheduled by the Admissions Committee.

Step V: Interviews 

All students who apply may be selected for an interview with the Principal. 

If all admissions documentation is submitted by February 15, families can expect a decision letter by March 15.
